Class Descriptions
Mandy's Boot Camp (Tues/Thur/Fri): Mandy's Boot Camp is NOT a Military-Style Boot Camp! We offer fun classes with lots of variety. We will challenge you every day, but will always encourage you to work at your own pace. We want you to feel encouraged, have fun and be part of a supportive team. You will work hard and you will sweat, but you will feel great both physically and mentally. Men and women over 16 are welcome to attend. Classes held outdoors and in the NLCC gym.

Small Group Boot Camp (Mon/Tues/Thur): You'll get the same great workout in Mandy's Boot Camp, but classes will be held in the Diva Fit studio. If you're interested in a smaller group setting, this class is for you! Men and women over 16 are welcome to attend.

Yoga Booty Camp (Thurs): This mind/body class fuses the best of Yoga with classic strength training, Pilates and core conditioning; then tops it off with boot camp style, fat burning cardio intervals. The focus will be on strengthening, lengthening, toning and stretching the Abs, booty, and thighs while centering the mind.
